Hey, Maker

I’m SO glad you’re here!

Like most of us, my creative business stemmed from a hobby that became a side-hustle and is now my full time business and livlihood! When I was first starting out on my maker journey, I listened to hours and hours of podcasts, googled everything under the sun, and read tons of blogs to try to figure out how I could take my little hobby to a successful, meaningful business.

I started off thinking I would only sell my items, then started selling my patterns, and NOW have discovered that I really want to help YOU feel like you have a maker friend to talk to about your new creative biz. I hope to help you find alignment in both life and business through workshops, group trips, and my new vibrant online community—the Adventurous Creative Club. I'm here to share the joy of living creatively and build a community of purpose-driven, adventurous makers, creatives, and small business owners who also love to get outside!

In this space, I will be sharing my tips and tricks, helpful resources, maker interviews, and other things about my maker journey in hopes that I can share what I’ve learned so far. The maker community has been so inspirational and supportive and I want to give back by sharing some of that knowledge with you!

In 2020, I decided to start an Instagram Live series called “How I Built My Maker Biz.” During the summers of 2020 and 2021, I interviewed over 25 maker friends from fellow knitters to jewelry makers, ceramacists to sewists about how they started their businesses.
