Jess is the owner and creator behind Create and Thrive and Epheriell. Her podcast is what prompted me to start my creative side hustle that has now become a thriving business that I’m extremely passionate about. Jess has been running her eco-friendly jewelry business for over 10 years and also teaches other makers how to have successful businesses through her platform Create and Thrive.
