It's officially spring and that means things are really shifting in my business. Everyone talks about a big spring reset or glow up but how do you really do that when you’re busy trying to keep this business going? How do we actually make a plan for real sustainable as creatives and small business owners?

Spring is the season that sets the tone for my whole year. This week I'm doing my annual big picture planning for refining my systems and strengthening the foundations of what I’m building. It’s not the flashiest or most exciting, but it’s the stuff that makes everything else possible.
